Our high ropes course consists of a series of obstacles approximately 25 feet off the ground. Ropes and harnesses secure participants as they negotiate and complete the obstacles while team members manage the safety ropes on the ground. This intense, personal and collaborative experience stimulates thought and discussion on risk taking, trust, communication, and team engagement. This challenge is ideal for quickly bringing a team together to build trust, energy, and momentum.
Participants who are not comfortable at heights can play an important role on the ground. Our sessions are designed to have everyone actively engaged to complete this fun and team focused exercise. Our ropes course is more than just completing an activity at heights; teams need to work together and support each other to achieve success.
This team building activity is suited for teams of all sizes and level of capability. To successfully complete the high course elements teams must develop communication protocols, decision making processes and consider individual objectives. All team members contribute to success, including those who stay on the ground. Our experience running ropes courses is unmatched in our area and we are confident each team and every member of the team will come away with something of value.
