Organizational Development

Organizational Development

Organizational Development engagements are the most complex and strategic level of involvement we typically have with an organization. Through relationships fostered over a period of years, our senior facilitators are very familiar with team and cultural processes at all levels of the organization, and are often brought in to work with senior leaders, co-creating directions and strategies for organizations.

Our organizational development initiatives focus on goal-setting, structure and culture, and work to bring this work from the highest level of the organization down to the front lines. We have consistently received feedback about how powerful it is to have a single provider who delivers a coherent, consistent and comprehensive program that can link directly to workplace level initiatives and needs.

In a typical example, we began work with a tech services company providing an experiential activity, were brought back to work on a communication issue within one team, then returned for a strategic planning session with the senior leadership team. This work recognized the need for an enterprise leadership development program that specifically addressed the unique needs of the company. We rolled out these custom-designed programs over the course of several years, working with every level of leadership in the organization, from high-potentials right up to the executive suite. Our work included classroom-based content, outdoor programs, follow-up through short in-house engagements and webinars, and individual coaching.
