PCFL has developed a wide range of programs, activities and resources to help people understand their strengths and work together more cohesively and effectively. Over the past 30 years we have facilitated programs for corporate groups throughout Canada and the United States, as well as places like Bermuda, France, and Sri Lanka. We no doubt have an exercise or activity that suits your team and time availability! Programs can be customized to address specific objectives you may have. Listed below are some of our more popular team building activities:

RESILIENT LEADERSHIP
Using the metaphor of forest fires as an agent of change, participants will explore how they and the organization they work with respond to change.
LEADERSHIP LENS
This session is built on the idea that team performance is considerably enhanced when our aesthetic competencies are better utilized.
For clients looking for short-duration high impact team building activities, PCFL offers a variety of indoor and outdoor team challenges. Conducted by our professional facilitators, we offer much more than just fun activities. We run a variety of team building activities for groups of any size and can accommodate a wide range of interests and capabilities. Some of our activities are more ‘active’ than others but we are always respectful of physical limitations. As is the case in most team environments, everyone plays a critical role in our activities.
The typical team building activity is a half day to a full day in length. Where possible, we prefer to work outdoors, but we recognize that might not be possible in every location.
Our facilitators go through a well-established process of kicking off your session, conducting one or a series of activities, then closing the session with a structured conversation that focuses on direct application of the day’s learning back in the workplace. Full day sessions are more focused on deeper team development and we can usually explore multiple activities.
With some outdoor or indoor space we can run a team activity almost anywhere. We have several venues in Banff and Canmore but regularly travel throughout Western Canada, as well as further afield, to deliver our team building activities.
