Mike Shaw has been a facilitator with Pacific Center for Leadership for over 25 years. He has gained a strong reputation for his ability to create an environment of trust, safety and confidence. As a member of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG) and Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), Mike has designed and constructed a number of challenge course facilities in Western Canada.
