Leadership Development: Pacific Center for Leadership has two programs that further assist you to integrate your insights to achieve greater leadership and accomplishment in your work and life. Our one-day program, Introduction to Development, introduces you to the discipline and structures required to powerfully integrate your insights into your life and your work. Insights make a significant difference in your life when they become a new way of being - for you and your team. To ensure this integration, participants will establish a clear developmental direction that will give them more power to accomplish even greater results. Our six-session program, Developing Accomplishment, engages you in revealing what is fundamental to accomplishment and helps you bring yourselves and your unique source of power to those fundamentals. In organizations today, you are challenged to make more happen faster, have people be more productive, and to become more effective and efficient. What is the right approach to take? Is coaching necessary? How can you motivate others? What would increase effectiveness? Do you require more knowledge or more training? It is often not easy to make these determinations. In Developing Accomplishment, you alter your understanding of the essence of accomplishment. You will identify what is fundamental and fitting for you and develop more power to accomplish what you intend. A developmental approach is not a quick fix.
