To support and encourage continued development within leaders and teams, we offer coaching for individuals, and groups of three or more people.   Through feed-forward evaluations, focused questions and defined goals, individuals will achieve improved self-awareness and discipline, enabling them to better relate and communicate with their colleagues, ultimately leading to better relationships and results.    Team coaching provides a structure and avenue for group members to keep on track and accountable to each other, again leading to better cooperation, collaboration, and better results for their organization.   Coaching commitments vary from 3 months up to 18 months.
